My physician is great but Optum and the unresponsive staff is awful. Difficult to manage prescriptions or get timely responses. Worst part is Optum’s billing. $250 out of pocket for a <5 minute video call is robbery and they refuse to even look into it if you try to call them. Do yourself a favor and go find any other provider.

If you enjoy an extreme lack of communication an organization at your doctor’s office, definitely come here. I love my actual doctor (Dr. Beijer) but the admin/support staff is so uncoordinated and disorganized that I’m amazed people manage to get any kind of actual treatment here. Getting a useful response to a message takes forever overall but in my specific case they: 1. almost jeopardized my ability to get a needed surgery because nobody seemed to understand the concept of pre-op labs or have any intent of following up. I was called no less than 4 times by 4 different staff members asking about the surgery and what labs I needed, only to be told they’d call me back because they were confused about what I was asking for. I had to have my surgeon personally call in to tell them what to do. 2. Left me without my diabetes meds or blood thinners despite many attempts by me to contact them and let them know I needed refills well before I ran out. I had to go to an urgent care clinic and get them to prescribe the meds because I was a day or two away from having none. These meds are not optional for me. I need them to stay alive. I spent 20 minutes on the phone setting up my appointment only to show up, 30 minute drive there, and they do not have me on the calendar at all however, they can see that my account was set up over the phone. Very frustrating and no accountability! Had to leave and now back to square one trying to find a GP as the front desk here at Optum was of no help!

Dr. Beijer is an excellent physician. She’s very knowledgeable and knows all the latest health care developments. She explains things clearly, answers all my questions, and considers my input as we make health care decisions together. She and her staff respond to any new concerns ASAP and are always available through MyChart or phone for any additional questions I have. I’m so glad I was referred to Dr. Beijer’s office, and I highly recommend them!

It's rare to find a doctor's office that you can give five stars. But my experience here over the last few months has been exceptional. I was referred there by a co-worker and am very pleased. I am able to get a very quick appointments, the staff are very friendly and remember me when I come in. I work with Dr. George and I don't know about any of the other doctors at this clinic but she is phenomenal. She meets with me often, shows great care and concern for my health, listens to me and spends plenty enough time with me that I feel heard and we come to an agreement on my treatment plan. I never feel rushed or dismissed when I'm in this doctor's office.
